I work with you to make sure that the changes you make is sustainable and fits into your lifestyle.
Nutrition
I’m not here to sell you supplements or leave you figuring out a mealplan.
Taking into consideration your own personal needs, where you are in life, your lifestyle and tastes, I’ll guide and support you and arm you with the tools so you can feel confident when it comes to making the right nutrition choices for you.
I want you to feel heard, supported and confident. It’s difficult enough sometimes to get the right medical support as a woman; I don’t want to be nutrition to be complicated too.
Wellness
I love that I’m able to provide you with additional tools to help support you. My experience as a yoga teacher has shown me the benefits it can have in our lives, and this is now backed up by scientific research.
Perhaps you’re looking for a gentle, short practice you can do at night to help you sleep better, or a breathing exercise to reduce stress and anxiety.
