Yoga Classes

Beginners:
A great place to start if you’re new to yoga or want to brush up on the basics after taking a break from your practice. This is a safe and fun environment to learn more about yoga.

Vinyasa:
Suitable for all, this class combines movement with breath, flowing from one posture to the next in order to build heat within the body.

Athletes Yoga:
This class focuses on incorporating yoga poses and breathing techniques to assist athletes in their training. We’ll focus on creating more flexibility where athletes might need it, alleviating muscle tension, calming the mind and building strength.

Seniors Yoga:
Using chairs, we move and stretch gently while encouraging circulation in the body. The class also focuses on mindfulness and breathing exercises to help relieve anxiety.

Yin:
Yin yoga is suitable for all level of students. In class, we hold certain poses for longer, allowing the connective tissue (fascia) to stretch. The aim is to soften the muscles and instead stretch the fascia through holding a series of poses for between 1 to 5 minutes. The class also incorporates meditation.
